Networking & Knowledge Transfer​

We connect the AM ecosystem to turn ideas into action. IAMHH e.V. brings together industry, research, and academia through two annual in-person networking events, monthly member meetings, and expert webinars. From meaningful conversations and exclusive site visits to in-depth discussions on emerging topics, we create the connections that spark collaboration and drive innovation.

Collaborative Research​

From ideas to impact: Our member-driven projects tackle real challenges in industrial additive Manufacturing. We identify needs through structured Deep Dive sessions, build the right consortium, secure funding, and coordinate execution from concept to implementation. Our first pilot projects focus on recycling (AKROPOLYS), decarbonization and Innovative Quality Assurance.

Our Story

…from Initiative to Association

What started in 2022 as a collaborative initiative led by Fraunhofer IAPT and partners from government, industry, and academia has grown into a strong innovation network. Today, IAMHH e.V. brings together a growing ecosystem of companies and institutions committed to advancing additive manufacturing.
